I, , do hereby RELEASE, and ACQUIT and FOREVER
DISCHARGE C&C Oilfield Services, LLC, CRKC Investments, LLC, and BobWhite Farms,
(INDEMNIFIED PARTIES) as set forth below:
I.
I fully understand and acknowledge the properties are rural and undeveloped areas, the use of which
involve certain inherent risks and dangers of accident, injury, and even death. I fully understand and
acknowledge that hunting and use of firearms also involves inherent risks and dangers of accident, injury
and even death. I am personally acquainted with all the elements of any activity in which I will be
engaging and based upon my own analysis have made the decision to participate.
II.
I understand and agree that I fully and freely accept all responsibility for any injury which may occur to
me and that INDEMNIFIED PARTIES or any other participant or persons associated with
INDEMNIFIED PARTIES cannot be held responsible in any manner for any injury of any nature to me.
III.
I hereby release, acquit and forever discharge INDEMNIFIED PARTIES or any other participant or
persons associated with INDEMNIFIED PARTIES from any and all liability for injury or death caused to
me or my property expressly as a result of their negligence which has not yet occurred or for any reason
whatsoever.
IV.
I further agree to indemnify and hold harmless INDEMNIFIED PARTIES or any other participant or
persons associated with INDEMNIFIED PARTIES for their own negligence and any injuries death or
damages which may be associated with such negligence regardless of whether such injuries, death or
damages are caused in whole or in part by the negligence of any of the parties herein indemnified.
V.
I understand and agree that I fully and freely accept all responsibility for maintenance and upkeep of any
equipment used or located on the property and used in any manner and I further agree to indemnify and
hold harmless INDEMNIFIED PARTIES or any other participant or persons associated with
INDEMNIFIED PARTIES for their own negligence and any injuries death or damages which may be
associated with such negligence regardless of whether such injuries, death or damages are caused in
whole or in part by the negligence of any of the parties herein indemnified
This release is intended to cover any potentially negligent conduct which may arise on the part of
INDEMNIFIED PARTIES, or any other participant or persons associated with INDEMNIFIED
PARTIES including but not limited to premises liability which may arise as a result of the maintenance of dangerous equipment and property.
VI.
I acknowledge (if participating in quail hunt related activities) that I have read and agree to abide by the Quail Hunting Safety Guidelines included with this release. I acknowledge that in the event I do not abide by those rules and personally injure (shoot) any bird dog, that I will be responsible for the reimbursement to the owner of the dog for treatment of the dog or replacement of the dog up to $5,000.
I acknowledge that I have read and understand this agreement, the intended effect of which is to RELEASE FROM LIABILITY, INDEMNIFIED PARTIES and any other participant or persons associated with INDEMNIFIED PARTIES, and further understand that this agreement shall be binding upon me, my heirs, executors, administrators or assigns.
